Overview
Weebly for Web Designers is a platform that enables design agencies to easily manage websites for their clients at scale. Led the 0-to-1 product from ideation to alpha, beta, and general availability—continuously iterating based on user feedback.
My Role
As the Lead Product Manager, I:
✅ Owned and defined the strategic direction, identifying target customers and their underserved needs.
✅ Led discovery through user interviews and usability testing to inform the roadmap.
✅ Managed the product journey from alpha with a dozen designers to a full-scale platform.

Impact & Results
📈 Scaled to over 13K designer accounts managing 100K+ sites within 2 years.
💰 Grew to ~$4M in ARR by year 2 of GA.

Key Optimizations
To maximize adoption and success, we focused on the following improvements based on early Beta feedback:
- Developed a Get Started checklist to improve onboarding.
- Enabled auth flows for designers to request easy site access from their clients with the click of a button.
- Added website domain registration capabilities.
- Implemented overdue billing actions to improve on-time payments.
- Added the ability for designers to create and reuse site templates.
- Enabled the ability to toggle between multiple master account (if contributing to more than 1 agency account).
