Overview

Led the development of Square Online's core website features and extensible platform capabilities, empowering small businesses to establish and grow their online presence with powerful sites. Strategically built both intuitive customer-facing functionality and robust developer APIs, creating a comprehensive ecosystem that seamlessly bridges DIY website building with professional services while driving significant increases in merchant activation and retention.

My Role

As the Lead Product Manager, I owned and defined the roadmap for:
✅ Core website features driving merchant success.
✅ Platform website APIs enabling third-party integrations that extend our product.
✅ 3rd party partner ecosystem connecting our merchants with our App Marketplace and DIFM (Do-it-for-me) Expert Services.

🚀 Successfully launched multiple critical website features with high usage and engagement.
